As I mentioned in my previous post I have been working on a draft of my literature review, much of which focuses on online professional development. Online learning communities are a big part of what I have been reading about, and, as I have been involved in many online communities myself through online courses and chat forums, it got me thinking about what exactly constitutes and online learning community.
